About Us

We offer high quality, lasting solutions for your sanitary wall and ceiling requirements.

You no longer have to settle for problem prone, labor intensive Fiberglass Reinforced Panel (FRP) systems. In fact, a large portion of our business is the renovation of existing FRP lined surfaces, some of which have only been in place a short while. The photo on the left is typical of what we find and correct.

Our panels use concealed fasteners under a tongue and groove lap system with no horizontal seams at all for wall heights of 20' or less.

Consider these advantages :

  • No vertical " H " joint moldings.
  • No horizontal " H " moldings unless wall height exceeds 20'.
  • No exposed fasteners.
  • Panels are held in place by mechanical fasteners, not adhesive.
  • Panels are supplied pre cut to your specified lengths.
  • Condition specific PVC trims included such as inside & outside corner etc.
  • Complete ceiling systems available for virtually any condition from suspended, exposed wood, sheetrock or insulation areas requiring covering.

While this price may very well be higher than your current product, a VERY important factor to the bottom line is that labor cost for installation is substantially less than Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP). As mentioned above, panels are cut to your specified length up to 20' for walls and 25' for ceiling panels. Also remember that the panels lap at the sides via a tongue and groove joint. These save substantial labor for the following reasons:

  • Panels do not requiring cutting to length at job site.
  • There are NO horizontal " H " bars below 20' that require installation or caulking.
  • There are NO vertical " H " bars required in wall areas at all.
  • Tongue and groove is much less prone to leakage.
  • Panels are installed via screws ( concealed ), not adhesive.

Based on these factors, labor costs are greatly reduced, plus there is the added fact that the finished product is far superior to Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP). A large portion of our work is the renovation of existing FRP areas, some of which have only been in place a relatively short period of time.
